Little village in Austria, for which the Studio had to transform this building, completely made of reinforced concrete, which is currently used to accomodate a hotel and a luxury residential homes. To avoid demolishing the very solid structure, the Studio decided to intervene through a comprehensive, targeted and specific restructuring.

In this project, it was decided to remove the pitched roof and to add two new floors and panoramic terraces. The new coating, necessary for the proper thermal insulation of the building, deconstructs the heavy volume in a game of patterns and shapes.
